BBQ & Bands Festival

GENERAL INFORMATION
Mark your calendars for September 28th, 1pm to 6pm! This is an all-day festival in the heart of Rolesville, behind Sandford Creek Elementary, right off Granite Falls Boulevard! We'll have food, vendors, music from several local bands throughout the day, children's games, and many other full-filled activities.  
Admission is Free to the public. Food will be available for purchase from our BBQ competitors and food trucks.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION - We need you to help make this event our best yet! Volunteers must be at least 15 years old. This event takes a small village of volunteers to run like clockwork. We need help with everything from set up on Friday night to tear down on Saturday night and everything in between! We'd love to have you as part of our Community Volunteer Team! If you are interested in meeting new people and volunteering for your community, sign up via the "REGISTER" button on this page or call the Chamber at 919-562-7069. RAIN POLICY - Due to the magnitude of the Festival, it is impossible to schedule a rain date or indoor alternative site. Therefore, if the festival is restricted or interfered with by reason of natural catastrophes or acts of God, earthquake, fire, flood, or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, or a similar occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the Rolesville Chamber of Commerce. The Festival is a non-profit event, with all the revenues used to cover the event cost, registration fees are nonrefundable. 

FEES

• $ 150.00 For registering BBQ cooking competitors and their teams. Includes meat provided to cooks.
• $ 100.00 BBQ Non-Cook Vendor - Member - For all vendors who are members of the Rolesville Chamber and selling products or foods not cooked on site.
• $ 125.00 BBQ Non-Cook Vendor - Non-Member - For all vendors who are not members of the Rolesville Chamber and selling products or foods not cooked on site. 
• $ 10.00 BBQ Tasting Bracelet - With bracelet provided, wearer can taste samples (1oz.) from each of the BBQ contestants (while samples last). Bracelets can be picked up at the Rolesville Chamber office or on-site from the festival service tent.
