Exercise your whole self in this full mind and body fitness class. We will start out with a 40 minute full body functional training workout and end with a 20 minute nutrition, healthy habits and lifestyle lesson. The goal is not to just get through another 1 hour fitness class, but rather to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle through knowledge, motivation and simple lifestyle changes! This class will not only give you an awesome full body workout, but also help guide you through the 167 hours outside of class each week so you can see real results and find a happier, healthier YOU!
