We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service representative to join our team in Rolesville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Health Insurance Consultant with administrative tasks requiring data analysis and direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to manage time sensitive data effectively. We are looking for someone to work 15 – 20 hours on a flexible Monday – Thursday basis.
Responsibilities
- The position is in a home office location and will require the ability to work in an environment with multiple activities occurring at the same time.
- Entering & updating client data in a variety of contact management and quoting software systems
- Contact contacts for scheduled meetings and data follow-up and accurately update customer records based on interactions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prior experience in an insurance customer support role would be a plus
- Excellent verbal phone etiquette and communication skills.
